承钢2500m3钒钛高炉无计划停煤操作实践

承钢4#高炉由于喷煤布袋着火,高炉煤粉中杂质增多,致使煤枪堵塞严重,无计划停煤3小时,停煤过程中采取减风停氧控制冶强,适当调整焦炭负荷等措施,保证了炉况的稳定顺行.停煤后要一步减风至需要水平,同时退至全焦冶炼,避免任何侥幸心理。恢复喷吹以后,负荷调整要有计划逐步进行,使料柱骨架能有一个平缓的过度。轻负荷料冶炼时对炉内气流分布影响较大,要及时调整燃料比。同时开放边缘制度为主,保证炉况稳定。大型钒钛高炉冶炼中,炉温控制区间窄,非计划停煤后尤其要注意在炉温低情况下的外围组织,避免任何形式的休风,以免事故扩大。炉内炉外相互配合好,平稳过渡好轻负荷及全焦。
