In this research,we used experimental method to observe activity of SOD,GSH-Px and MDA content after swimming training and implementation of different combinations of acupuncture points to SD rats in 5 groups.The results showed that acupuncture treatment made a greater impact in SOD,GSH-Px,MDA on myocardial rats.This indicated that acupuncture points had some effect on the elimination of exercise-induced fatigue in rats.and acupuncture treatment of Shenyu plus Housanli is ineffective.The mechanism is not clear why reverse trends of certain cardiac index appeared,and this demands further studies.
