  Mammalian embryo implantation is an extremely complex process and requires endometrial receptivity.In order to make embryo implantation successful,specific adhesion should come out.Osteopontin (OPN) is a secreted glycosylation phosphorus protein and show that OPN participating in the progress of embryo implantation.Forkhead box M1 (FOXM1) belongs to the family of Fox transcription factors and shows regulates the proliferation and apoptosis of tumor cells.It has been proved that the progress of embryo implantation and tumor invasion are extremely similar.So we believe FOXM1 is likely to be involved in the embryo implantation.
