目的:RYBP(Ring1 and YY1 binding protein)是一个潜在的抑癌基因,其mRNA水平在肝癌组织和部分肝癌细胞系中的表达降低.由于RYBP围绕第一个外显子区的CpG含量较高,因此,本研究利用分子生物学的方法从几株肝癌细胞出发,探索RYBP表达降低与其启动子区甲基化水平的关系.
