The modification of graphene properties is essential for its proposed applications.During the preparation and test processes,graphene will usually receive electron beam irradiation,which will induce defects in graphene.When exposed in air,these defects will adsorb atoms,atomic groups,or molecules,leading to modification of the properties graphene.Therefore,for graphenebased devices,it is important to know the evolution of the properties of the irradiated graphene exposed in air.
