Titanium dioxide (TiO2), a well-known wide gap semiconductor, has attracted a lot of interests in applications such as sensors, photocatalysis and photoelectrochemical ceils because of its advantages, such as excellent optical, dielectric, catalytic properties, cheap and non-toxic[1].For optical, electrical and catalytic properties, not only the crystalline phase of TiO2 is important, the pore structure and morphology may also have some influence[2].
