Signaling pathways play key roles in biological systems,and adherent signaling pathways may lead to diseases.Unfortunately,our knowledge about signaling pathways is far from complete.In this talk,Ill present the computational approaches that unveil the topological structures of signaling pathways in an accurate way.Specifically,Ill present a hybrid intelligent approach for detecting directed signaling pathways from a large interactome.Ill showcase some applications of our computational approaches on yeast MAPK and human EGFR/ErbB signaling pathways.
