铸机拉速与铸坯质量的进一步提高强烈依赖于生产过程的在线监测和自动控制水平,不断对过程检测与控制方法提出新的要求。为适应和促进现代高效连铸技术的快速发展,先进结晶器过程监控技术的开发和应用是急需解决的核心问题。以高度的集成化、智能化和可视化为目标,本文综述了我们在结晶器监控技术研究方面的最新进展,开发的系统集成了结晶器传热、润滑和摩擦行为的实时监测和可视化等高端功能,对其中主要的方法和应用成效进行了简要阐述。
