Around 80 Intemational Standard Methods for quality and safety assessment of cereals,cereal based products and other foods have been published by ICC since 1955.Many of these methods have been integrated in national and international law and/or have become ISO/CEN Standards.These Standard Methods help increase the quality of food products and enhance consumer trust by supporting a better communication between the involved parties from the raw material providers through processors and manufactures right up to the end of the food supply chain,the consumer or retailer.
