采用静电纺丝的方法,制得含有钴和锌元素的前驱体纤维,通过热处理方法去除前驱体纤维中所含有机物,得到钴掺杂氧化锌的纳米纤维。对所制得的纤维在氢气气氛下退火,纤维获得室温铁磁性。对纤维的成分、形貌、磁学性能分别采用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜(SEM)、磁强计(VSM)等分析测试手段进行表征和分析。实验结果表明,通过静电纺丝工艺,制得钴掺杂氧化锌纳米纤维,通过氢气气氛下退火获得稳定的室温铁磁性。
Electrospinning method is adopted to obtain precursor fiber containing cobalt and zinc element, and the organic matter contained in precursor fiber is removed by heat treatment to obtain cobalt-doped zinc oxide nanofiber. The prepared fibers were annealed under a hydrogen atmosphere and the fibers obtained room temperature ferromagnetism. The composition, morphology and magnetic properties of the fibers were characterized and analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and magnetometer (VSM). The experimental results show that cobalt-doped zinc oxide nanofibers are obtained by electrospinning process, and the stable room-temperature ferromagnetism can be obtained by annealing in hydrogen atmosphere.
