猫初级视皮层神经元中心-外周方位选择性的研究

：

视觉系统对目标的认知依赖于目标和背景的对比。方位选择性是目标认知中的一个重要特性。这篇文章我们报道了猫初级视皮层(v1)神经元对中心-外周方位选择的特征依赖于神经元的空间整合特性。我们的结论是易化型整合野(F-ERF)神经元选择中心-外周连续性的方位，抑制性整合野(I-ERF)神经元选择中心-外周不连续性的方位。初级视皮层神经元的这种特性可能在认知功能中起重要作用。
