直肠癌影像学检查适宜技术选择与判读

【摘要】

：

"追求R0切除,尽可能保留器官完整性"是NCCN直肠癌临床实践指南始终坚持的直肠癌基本治疗原则。其中,推荐cT0-2,cN0的病人采用TME手术以达到肿瘤环周切缘安全；推荐cT3-4或cN1-2病人选择新辅助放化疗以提高R0切除率和生存获益的专家共识获得临床医生的广泛认同；面对中低位直肠癌在狭窄的小骨盆空间能否获得R0切除,精准评价cTNM分期是外科医生必须关注和最为关键的基本临床信息。熟悉并掌握

祛腐清筋联合Top-closure治疗糖尿病足坏疽疗效观察
