利用结晶法在AlCl3-NaCl-HCl-H2O的简单水盐系统中分离提取AlCl3·6H2O是粉煤灰活化-酸浸-结晶法提铝的通用工艺之一,但是在该工艺中用结晶方法分离溶解度相似的NaCl与AlCl3却有很大的难度.国内外的研究学者通过绘制298.15K下AlCl3-FeCl3-H2O,AlCl3-CaCl2-H2O,FeCl3-CaCl2-H2O体系的相图优化蒸发过程,实现了不同组分的分离.此过程与NaCl和AlCl3的分离非常相似,这表明在相图的帮助下,分离NaCl与AlCl3是可行的.
