浅析镍铁高炉冶炼的发展及举措

近年来由于我国国内高炉多、焦炭供应量大的实际情况,充分研究利用高炉为主要设备、使用焦炭为热源进行红土镍矿的冶炼,从而冶炼出大批质优价廉的镍生铁,成为业界关注的热点.高炉冶炼镍生铁(6%-10%)在生产工艺当中被不断的完善乃至成熟,但是随着钢铁市场的经济衰退,焦炭价格的下跌,使得国内众多企业转型或新建高炉,生产高镍生铁,此工艺投资小见效快.通过分析在印尼建厂的必要性及适合冶炼镍铁的炉型,总结了高炉冶炼镍铁的优势,并针对其存在的问题,介绍了高炉镍铁冶炼出口印尼时必要的装备水平能力,同时介绍了除尘设备的必要性,最后介绍了在中国镍铁冶炼行业的发展进程中,通化建新集团作出了突出的贡献,实现了很多创新,成为镍铁行业的领跑者。
