新时代我国国际航运中心的发展内涵和思路

  党的十九大提出了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,为交通和水运行业发展指明了前进方向。为明确新时代我国国际航运中心的发展思路,本文在梳理了国际航运中心发展规律和内涵的基础上,明确了我国国际航运中心的历史使命和发展特点,从提升枢纽地位、促进贸易投资便利化、打造航运服务功能体系、发展邮轮游艇经济、促进智能化发展、实现安全绿色发展等方面,提出了我国国际航运中心的主要发展方向。
