Objective: To investigate the expression of the metallothionein(MT) in atopic dermatitis-like murine model.Methods: All BALB/c mice were divided into 5 groups (n=5 for each group) including a control group and 4 model groups (model group at day 1,day 3,day 7 and day 14).Atopic dermatitis-like lesions of model groups were induced by repeated application of 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) on shaved backs,meanwhile control group was treated with vehicle.
