本文在实验研究的基础上比较了异步轧制与常规轧制对板带材横向厚度差的影响,并从金属变形特点方面分析,指出异步轧制通过降低轧制压力,缩减轧制中的宽展,使轧辊弹性变形减小并显著减轻板带材的边缘减薄,从而提高了横向厚度轧制精度。文中还论述了利用恒延伸异步轧制技术实现板带横向厚差与板形的有效控制的新方法,利用此法可以实现横向厚差、板形与平均轧出厚度的‘互不干扰’型控制。
In this paper, based on the experimental study, the effects of asynchronous rolling and conventional rolling on the strip thickness difference are compared. The deformation characteristics of the metal are analyzed.
