  In recent years,we have developed an analytical tool box in our lab to fit for variety of small molecule sample profiling applications.In this tool box,the hardware tools such as UPLC,oa-TOF MS,ion mobility MS (IMS) and the software tools such as MetaboLynx XS,MarkerLynx XS,MassFragment etc.can be combined to form different strategies to solve variety problems within the small molecule profiling arena.For example,the UPLC/oa-TOF MSE/MetaboLynx XS is the most efficient metabolite identification approach to date; the UPLC/oa-TOF MSE/MarkerLynx XS offers extremely efficient comparison among variety groups of samples so that their differences can be observed at the chemistry level quickly.This approach is now widely used in the metabonomics/metabolomics field,in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) field,as well as in the Lipodomics field.
