金融高管薪酬与公司绩效对可持续发展研究

本文对中国商业银行薪酬激励机制与银行业绩进行了实证分析.文章认为,中国商业银行初步建立了基本薪酬加绩效薪酬的薪酬激励机制,但高管人员薪酬与员工薪酬水平差距逐步扩大,同时,中国商业银行人力资本成本较低,使用效率也较低,薪酬形式单一,并且缺乏长期激励机制。文章提出完善中国商业银行薪酬激励约束机制的关键是真正建立以绩效薪酬为主,基本薪酬和福利保障为辅的员工薪酬激励约束机制;确定合理的综合业绩考核目标;薪酬水平必须综合考虑市场竞争因素和业绩因素;调整薪酬结构,注重长期激励和提高高管人员薪酬信息的透明度,增强投资者和社会公众的监督。
