　　Oxidative stress is actively involved in dopaminergic neuronal degeneration in Parkinsons disease (PD).Our previous studies have identified that 100 Hz electro-acupuncture (EA) stimulation at ZUSANLI (ST36) and SANYINJIAO (SP6) protects dopaminergic neurons loss and produces antioxidative effects in 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) subacute model of PD.
