在本研究中，我們利用化學氣相沉積系統(Chemical Vapor Deposition：CVD)在銅箔上生長單晶石墨烯，而銅箔的前置處理以浸泡醋酸方式提高其平整度，可提供石墨烯較少成核點的效果，以減少石墨烯的皺褶。
