In many countries,real estate is a large component of economic wealth.Actually property valuation is an important component of property transaction.The valuation process estimates the market value of the property.It is well known that the methods of valuing the real estate might be affected by measurement inaccuracies.For decreasing measurement inaccuracies,I use Group Decision Making techniques.By using these techniques,the opinion of experts will consider and therefore the results could be more accurate.This article utihzes case study research of the non residential property in Tehran to investigate non residential valuation by applying Group Multiple Criteria Decision Making techniques.While financial managers often rely on the popular valuation methods,I believe that the group decision making approach is a more advantages approach.One of the beneficial aspect of group decision making is that reduces too much subjectivity in valuing the criteria.
