Wetland is located in the ecotone of terrestrial and hydraulic ecosystems.Wetland played the important role in the water purification as the special ecosystem service.Loss or degradation of wetland habitats can result in the decline of functions.It conducted the pollutant migration analysis along the different vegetation types of Yanming Lake and the ecological compensation for the farmers in the region of Xingkai Lake.The vegetation types difference caused the different absorption of the pollutant.Such as the Yanming Lake polluted by the aquaculture,it was divided into the bigger one and the smaller one by a country road.The smaller one had a great absorption of heavy metals than the bigger one under the forest and shrub types.
