本文报告闭孔疝6例并收集国内文献报道的178例进行临床分析;闭孔疝是一种少见的腹外疝(0.36％),主要发生于老年(88.76％)女性(92.7％);多胎妊娠及体质瘦弱与发病有密切相关;肠坏死、穿孔率76.4％;病死率16.29％; H-R征、CT对嵌顿/绞窄性闭孔疝有诊断意义;准确诊断、早期手术,妥善处理合并/并发症是降低死亡率的关键.
