　　The chemotherapeutic efficacy to the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)is still limited.Realgar is one kind of mineral drugs that is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine.In particular,realgar has been used in the formulation of Fu Fang Huang Dai Pian to treat leukemia since 1980's and achieved clinical efficacy[1-2].
