睾丸支持细胞与大鼠海马细胞培养作用的初步研究

  海马与学习、情绪、记忆等多种神经活动有关,应激能引起海马细胞受损,慢性应激选择性损害海马CA3区神经元,寻找海马细胞保护方法有重要意义。睾丸支持细胞可分泌多种生长因子,可能可以促进海马细胞的贴壁及生长。方法 新生SD乳鼠(出生48 h以内)的海马细胞分离培养,12-16天SD大鼠支持细胞分离培养,分为单纯DMEM组、支持细胞培养液组(SCM)、支持细胞直接共培养组,分别培养24 h、48 h、72h、96 h、120 h、144 h、168 h、240 h观察神经细胞数量和平均突起个数,对支持细胞共培养组采取甲苯氨兰特殊染色观察。所有结果采用方差分析的多重比较得出。
