补偿收缩混凝土是预防和减少混凝土开裂的有效技术手段之一。采用限制膨胀率为0.057%的HCSA高性能混凝土膨胀剂制备限制膨胀率为0.020%~0.032%补偿收缩混凝土,通过控制混凝土坍落度(180±30)mm、严禁现场加水、杜绝施工冷缝、加强振捣和养护工作,补偿收缩混凝土内储存的预压应力有效补偿了早期温度收缩和后期干燥收缩,混凝土几乎无开裂,工程取得较好的抗裂防渗效果。此外,显著加快施工进度。
