严重的山羊流产疫病给养殖户和养殖企业造成了巨大的经济损失,引起山羊流产的因素主要有环境应激因素、管理因素、动物素质因素和传染性因素等,其中尤以传染性疫病引起的山羊流产较为突出.本试验对贵州省山羊生殖器官中主要细菌种类、分布情况和耐药性展开调查,以期为贵州省细菌性山羊流产疫病的临床诊断提供理论依据.本试验采集贵州省6个地(州、市)12个规模养羊场临床健康和发病流产山羊的胎儿、子宫和母羊的阴道棉拭子样
