为了实现高选择性的带通滤波响应,本文提出了一种基于层叠带线阵列的三维频率选择结构。通过参数扫描,简单分析了该频率选择结构谐振产生机理,以及传输零、极点与物理尺寸的对应关系。仿真结果表明该类型频率选择结构可在设计频段内产生多个谐振模式,从而在通带内实现两个传输极点,并在通带两侧分别获得一个传输零点而展现出高选择滤波特性。由于该频率选择表面结构简单、对电磁波入射角度变化不敏感,故可在毫米波频段展开应用。
In order to achieve highly selective band-pass filter response, this paper presents a three-dimensional frequency selection structure based on stacked stripline array. By means of parametric sweep, the resonance mechanism of the frequency selective structure and the correspondence between zero and pole and physical size are analyzed briefly. The simulation results show that this type of frequency-selective structure can generate multiple resonant modes in the designed frequency band, so as to realize two transfer poles in the passband, and obtain one transmission zero at each side of the passband to exhibit high selective filtering characteristics. Because of the frequency selective surface structure is simple, the electromagnetic wave angle of change insensitive, it can be launched in the millimeter-wave band.
