研究背景:过继转输调节性T细胞的治疗目前已被认为是充满希望的治疗炎症性肠病的崭新策略,但调节性T细胞内的信号分子事件仍缺乏研究.蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶SHP-2在有丝分裂,代谢,转录调节,及细胞迁移中发挥重要功能,但SHP-2在调节性T细胞中的功能还不清楚.目的:考察SHP-2对调节性T细胞的调控作用.
