目的 探讨对社区高血压进行建档管理并实施护理干预的效果.方法 对484例高血压患者分级和危险分层,建立慢病档案,进行护理干预和随访,从而观察分析其效果.结果 126例控制到正常值.305例控制到正常高值,22例1级高血压,15例2级高血压.16例血压不稳定.结论 建档管理高血压患者,定期进行社区护理干预,能使患者治疗正规,有连续性、系统性,随访方便,是控制高血压,减少并发症的有效措施.
目的 建立ICU预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)循证护理的培训教育并评价其成效.方法 以2008年美国重症护理协会预防VAP循证护理实践指南为培训教材,并以此为导向设置课程,以多媒体辅助课堂讲授并发放培训手册,采用多种教学形式包括小组讨论、展会提问、个案研讨、操作练习、理论考核等,对17名ICU护士进行培训.以预防VAP护理质量标准评价量表评价培训前后护士的认知和行为变化,评价方法包括行为观察、护理
