历史档案著录工作,表面看来简单、枯燥,而实际上它是一个不断解决复杂问题的决断过程。从事这项工作的人员,必须具有一丝不苟的工作态度,耐得住寂寞的心理素质,还要有一定的学识水平和较强的逻辑思维方式。笔者在中国第一历史档案馆(以下简称一史馆)从事档案著录工作有年,谨就工作所及谈谈自己对档案题名著录的体会和看法,以就教于同行。一历史档案题名准确是数据检索的关键 Historical records work, the surface looks simple, boring, but in fact it is a continuous solution to the problem of complex decision-making process.
