水稻的株高和分蘖特性是与产量密切相关的农艺性状,一直以来都是水稻功能基因研究的热点问题。广丛是来源于贵州的一个多蘖矮秆籼稻品种,表现分蘖多,植株较矮,叶片薄软,籽粒细长的特点。利用该材料与寡分蘖品种魔雪谷配制杂交组合,得到杂种Fl,自交构建F2分离群体。通过构建遗传连锁图谱对广丛多分蘖性状进行QTL检测,获得一个主效QTL位点,LOD值为28.6,贡献率为53.0%。利用SSR和InDel分子标记的方法对多分蘖基因进一步进行精细定位,最终将广丛的多分蘖矮秆基因high-tillering dwarf
