在相同遗传背景下,黄籽油菜与黑籽相比:油份和蛋白质含量高,种皮薄,油质清澈透明,饼粕纤维素含量低。因此,基于黄籽性状的诸多优点,对甘蓝型油菜黄籽性状的研究正成为现代油菜品质育种的热点。本研究以人工合成甘蓝型黄籽油菜为研究对象,以两个近等基因系为材料,充分利用拟南芥和白菜基因组序列已知信息,对人工合成甘蓝型黄籽油菜种皮色泽相关基因进行精细定位。主要研究结果如下:1)利用集团分析法(BSA)与AFLP技术相结合筛选与种皮色泽相关基因连锁的分子标记,人工合成甘蓝型黄籽油菜近等基因系群体中共获得20
