The world is changing rapidly in all the human spheres and is forcing companies to follow up with this changes.One of the most recent examples can be globalization and even more actual COVID-19.Because of this,the information that we collect before can be obsolete now it is necessarily to re-investigate certain topics.In the following research the aim is to investigate how the different types of employee training are affecting the adaptability of the employees of MNE’s subsidiaries and local firms in China and Argentina and subsequently their impact in the performance and the resilience,key variables for the organization research.China and Argentina are countries that have a very high cultural distance and will help to understand better how this variation can also have an impact on the effects of employee training.Adaptability is a complex concept that will be considered in three dimensions and will be measured as resilience,performance and self-efficacy.For this investigation I took500 surveys from China and Argentina with a complex questionnaire that contained all the variables that I wanted to investigate.After the collection I compared them using the editor program Python for the data manipulation and statistic analysis.The purpose of this research will be to have more information for the companies to decide if implementing or not an employee training an already designed employee training or it is necessary to adapt them because they are not longer effective.
