本试验在大田条件下,应用五因素五水平的正交试验设计,研究了山西石灰性褐土上有机肥、无机肥与微肥配施对色素辣椒(临猗大板椒)形态指标、养分吸收、产量和品质的影响,结果表明: 1. 有机肥、无机肥与微肥合理配施明显改善了色素辣椒植株的形态,增大茎粗和叶面积,为色素辣椒的高产、优质奠定了一定的物质基础。2. 有机肥、无机肥与微肥合理配施极显著提高了色素辣椒的产量,且产量达到最大值时,各肥料配比的用量分别为:膨化鸡粪25020kg/hm~2、过磷酸钙900 kg/hm~2、硫酸钾390 kg/hm~2、硫酸锌30 kg/hm~2、硼砂6 kg/hm~2。3. 有机肥、无机肥与微肥合理配施可提高色素辣椒可食部分比例以及辣椒皮灰分含量、可溶性糖含量、磷、钾、锌等矿质元素,明显改善了色素辣椒的营养品质。4. 有机肥、无机肥与微肥合理配施极显著提高了色素辣椒的色价,明显改善了色素辣椒的感官品质,从而提高了辣椒干的商品价值和食用价值,增加了色素辣椒干的出口创汇。且色价达到最大值时,各肥料配施的用量分别为:膨化鸡粪16680 kg/hm~2、过磷酸钙900 kg/hm~2、硫酸钾510 kg/hm~2、硫酸锌15 kg/hm~2、硼砂15 kg/hm~2。5. 本试验条件下,色素辣椒高产、优质、高效的配方施肥方案为:膨化鸡粪25020 kg/hm~2、过磷酸钙900 kg/hm~2、硫酸钾570 kg/hm~2、硫酸锌30 kg/hm~2、硼砂15 kg/hm~2。
