：

马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum L.)属茄科(Solanacase)作物。由于组织培养离体保存继代时间短，而超低温保存的某些关键性的技术没有突破，使得马铃薯种质资源保存进展研究缓慢。本研究以马铃薯品种Shannons Blue(Solanum tuberosum L.)试管苗为材料，对其在4℃低温下保存时间和生理变化以及保存后再生植株的遗传稳定性进行了深入的研究，旨在延长马铃薯试管苗离
