油菜是重要的油料作物,在世界范围内广泛种植,也是我国主要的油料作物之一。湿害严重影响了油菜的产量和品质。前人已经做了许多关于油菜耐湿性的研究,但主要是针对其耐湿机制和生理反应的研究,关于油菜耐湿性相关基因的研究相对较少。本研究以246份甘蓝型油菜品种(系)为研究群体,首先结合油菜60K Illumina Infinium SNP芯片分析材料的群体结构、亲缘关系和连锁不平衡衰减;其次,结合筛选出的24062个SNP标记对地上部鲜重、根鲜重、鲜重根冠比、地上部干重、根干重、干重根冠比、绿叶数、植株含水量
