城市建筑物是城市地物最重要的组成部分,随着“数字城市”建设的发展,对建筑物的三维重建不仅要求快速及时,更要求在这一过程中能准确真实地反映出建筑物的特征细节。为了有效使用空-地LiDAR数据进行建筑物的精细完整建模,在实现机载/车载LiDAR点云空间配准的基础上,论文以同一试验区的机载/车载LiDAR数据为研究对象,围绕建筑物屋顶特征提取、建筑物立面及细节特征提取、建筑物三维重建等技术展开研究,主要包括以下三部分内容:(1)基于机载LiDAR数据的建筑物顶面特征提取。结合试验数据与目的选择出合理的方案实现了建筑物顶面点云的精提取,以建筑物顶面点云为研究对象提取出建筑物顶面轮廓矢量图,并基于法向量聚类的区域生长方法对复杂屋顶进行面片分割,根据最小二乘原理拟合出相应平面的方程。(2)基于车载LiDAR数据的建筑物立面特征提取。以分割后的车载LiDAR点云为研究对象,运用结合投影点密度和高程的滤波方法实现了建筑物立面点云的精提取,分别基于建筑物在水平面与立面上的投影点云提取出建筑物底面轮廓矢量图与窗户特征。(3)将提取的建筑物顶/底面轮廓矢量图在平面上对比分析,量化并统计对比结果,结合试验区街景影像对统计结果进行分析,找出联合建模需要处理的细节特征;最后选取试验区三类具有代表性的建筑物,在数据互补利用的基础上,联合以上建筑物屋顶与立面的特征信息实现较为完整的建筑物三维重建。
