玉米(zea mays L.)是世界上大范围种植的作物,玉米淀粉有广泛的用途,所含直链淀粉及支链淀粉具有很高的经济价值,因此,开展高直链淀粉玉米育种及糯玉米育种有重要的生产和加工意义。控制直链淀粉含量的主效基因为ae基因,同时还有许多修饰基因共同起作用,本研究对高直链淀粉玉米的研究即旨在探究sbe Ⅰ基因是否是ae基因的关键修饰基因。本实验室前人研究表明,美国高直链淀粉玉米自交系GEMS-0067携带突变的ae基因及突变的sbe Ⅰ基因,本研究利用GEMS-0067以及具有相同突变ae基因的高直链淀
