本课题旨在查明β1肾上腺素受体常见遗传多态性在中国健康人群和原发性高血压病人中的分布特征,分析其与原发性高血压的相关性。通过严格设计的临床实验,在整体水平探讨β1肾上腺素受体遗传多态性对受体功能的影响;并进一步在原发性高血压病人和慢性充血性心力衰竭病人中,以美托洛尔为模型药,研究β1肾上腺素受体遗传多态性对以其为靶标的药物在药效学方面的影响,为药物反应个体差异提供分子水平的解释,并为临床实施基
