As an industrial country,Chinese factories are looking forward to using something extraordinary method which can develop and increase their rate of production.For this thesis have considered some factories which are producing toothbrushes in industrial level.After a month of analyzation came to a conclusion that all the factories are using the same method for the packing procedure.as an industrial factory the rate of production depends on the outcome for a day.so the packing procedure is more important for a factory(company)to take their production to the customers as soon as they produce their goods.This rate will become low,because of the slow packing procedure,even if the first stage manufacturing levels are fast.Every toothbrush factories that have visited using manpower to do the packing procedure,which directly effects the rate of final production.Due to this reason,this thesis is based on a packing system which is using mechanical parts to end-up the last stage of the production line,which using zero-man power,more accurate and user-friendly system to prevent errors,durable and 24/7 working packing system.All the mechanical parts which have used in this thesis are cheap and easy to replace in case of change of the design of the toothbrush,can be replaced with another which can help to maintain the packing system.An increase of the production can be more than 80%.Even though this can use for the small-scale production line.The main task of this thesis to get higher production line with low cost.currently,the rate of export market production is higher than the local market.Due to this situation,all the factories are willing to get the advantage of this kind of design to increase their production.This thesis includes six chapters.The first chapter contains the background of the research focusing on the significance of final product of toothbrush conveyor system.And by what means the conveyor system differs from the traditional belt conveyor system.Subsequently,the second chapter gives an in-depth introduction and analysis conveyor and indexing conveyor structure and working principle focusing on the different configuration.The third chapter presents screw conveyor system.Two screw conveyors designed by different shapes,lengths using for the object moves accurately to the endpoint.The forth chapter organized with motor and electrical control units which support to fulfill the main operations of the main designed parts such as conveyors and belts.This electrical control unit contribute considerable effort to maintain the time gaps between each part to make the packing line forward in acceptable movements and positions.fifth chapter includes the main controlling system of the design.For this project design has used programming logic control(PLC).The rest have mentioned how the whole system works with what have used for the system and my design.
