陆地棉Prp19泛素连接酶基因(GhMAC3)的分子克隆、表达及功能分析

徐州142无絮棉突变体是从陆地棉品种徐州142中发现的一个自发突变体,胚珠表皮细胞几乎不能分化出任何纤维,因此是研究棉花纤维初始发育的一个良好的材料。在本实验室前期的蛋白质组学研究中,发现了一个蛋白质点(EST为gi|164307915)在-3、0DPA (day post anthesis)的徐州142胚珠中表达,而在同期的徐州142无絮棉突变体和Li1突变体的胚珠中均不表达,推测它可能是正常的
