花铃期是棉花产量品质形成的关键时期,也是水分最敏感的时期。土壤涝渍会影响棉花光合作用,阻碍蔗糖的合成与运转,进而影响棉花主要农艺性状最终导致棉花产量的下降。花铃期季节性涝渍在我国长江、黄河流域棉区均时有发生,严重影响棉花生长发育与产量形成,已成为该区棉花生产中主要自然灾害之一。研究花铃期土壤渍水对棉铃对位叶光合性能和叶绿素荧光参数及蔗糖代谢的影响可为培育抗涝渍高品质品种提供理论依据。试验于2010-2011年在江苏南京(118°50E,32°02N)江苏省农业科学院南京试验站和南京农业大学牌楼试
