目的:本课题组前期对华东唐松草中环菠萝蜜烷型三萜皂苷类化合物的成分和药理活性做了系统的研究,并得到了较好的研究成果,故决定进一步重点研究华东唐松草中的环菠萝蜜烷型三萜皂苷类化合物。方法:运用多种色谱分离手段对华东唐松草的全草95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,得到单体化合物,并且根据其理化常数和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。成果:从华东唐松草的全草95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了 21个化合物,分别为:3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl(22S,,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,26-triol 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(TSC-1)、3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1-4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1-4)-β-D-fucopyranosyl(22S,,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,26-triol 26-0-(6-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside)(TSC-2)、3-O-β-D-glucopy ranosyl(1-4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl(l-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1-4)-β-D-fucopyranosyl(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,26-triol26-O-(6-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside)(TSC-3)、3-0-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1-4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1-4)-β-D-fuco pyranosyl(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,26-triol26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(TSC-4)、3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-4)-β-D-fucopyranosyl(22S,,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,26-tetraol 26-O-(6-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside)(TSC-5)、3-O-β-D-quinovopyranosyl(1-6)-β-D-glu copyranoside(l-4)-β-D-fucopyranosyl(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,26-tetraol 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(TSC-6)、thalicfortine A(TSC-7)、(R)-3-(2,3-hexenol)-4-methyl-lH-pyrrole-2,5-dione(TSC-8)、2-(3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯基)乙基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(TSC-9)、岩白菜素(TSC-10)、1-(4-hydroxy-3-ethoxy)-phenyl-2-[4-(1,2,3-trihydrox y propyl)-2-methoxy]-phenoxym-1,3-propandiol(TSC-11)、4-(2-羟乙基)-2-甲氧基苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(TSC-12)、meliasendaninD(TSC-13)、2-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)乙基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(TSC-14)、常春藤苷 C(TSC-15)、3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(22S,,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,30-tetraol 26-O-β-D-glucopyrano side(TSC-16)、3-O-β-D-quinovopyranosyl(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-4)-β-D-fucopyran osyl(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,26-triaol 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(TSC-17)、3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-4)-β-D-fucopyranosyl(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,30-tetraol 26-0-β-D-glucopyranoside(TSC-18)、3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(l-4)-β-D-fucopyranosyl(22S,24 Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,30-tetraol 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(TSC-19)、1,2,4-苯三酚(TSC-20)、β-谷甾醇(TSC-21)。结论:化合物TSC-1~TSC-6为新的三萜类化合物,TSC-7~TSC-8为新的生物碱化合物,TSC-10~TSC-15首次从该植物中分离得到。
