近年来,我国食品安全问题不断,食品安全监管制度呈现诸多不足。而深究食品安全事件屡犯屡制,屡制屡犯的原因,监管部门间不协调,事后追查、缺乏预警,监管缺失等问题显然难辞其咎。至此,如何提高我国食品安全保障质量成为业内同仁共同探讨的话题。国家行政学院马小芳副研究员则认为借鉴欧盟经验,汲取其先进监管理念,参考其科学的制度设计,同时充分结合我国国情,在理论的基础上逐一实践,并完善我国食品安全监管制度。
