介绍了利用库存停用的迫—1甲引信改造为DRP0lD引信的设计方案,按照引信安全性设计准则有关要求,结合改造引信的生产实践,分析了DRP01D引信安全性在设计、生产方面存在的致命缺陷,提出了设计改进方案和生产工艺控制措施。很好地解决了DRP01D引信安全性问题。
This paper introduces the design scheme of DRP101d fuze reconstructed into DRP0lD fuze by utilizing the disable inventory of forced-1 fuze. According to the requirements of fuze safety design criteria and the manufacturing practice of fuze, the author analyzes the fatalities in the design and production of DRP01D fuze safety Defects, proposed design improvement program and production process control measures. Good solution to the DRP01D fuze security issues.
