在我院医院分级管理工作中，护土长发挥了组织管理和领导作用．做到了：管理有目标，工作有年计划，季度安排，月有重点，周有程序．质量有标准，建立健全了工作制度．完善了护理常规．统一了护理技术操作规程．加强了护理人员的“三基”训练和自身素质的提高。坚持了以护理质量为核心，以严格考核为保证的管理方法．使我院护理工作逐步走向了正规化、科学化，护理质量及队伍素质不断提高．顺利通过了医院分级管理评审，实现了二级甲等医院。
