在我院医院分级管理工作中,护土长发挥了组织管理和领导作用.做到了:管理有目标,工作有年计划,季度安排,月有重点,周有程序.质量有标准,建立健全了工作制度.完善了护理常规.统一了护理技术操作规程.加强了护理人员的“三基”训练和自身素质的提高。坚持了以护理质量为核心,以严格考核为保证的管理方法.使我院护理工作逐步走向了正规化、科学化,护理质量及队伍素质不断提高.顺利通过了医院分级管理评审,实现了二级甲等医院。
