石油焦燃烧热值高 ,价格低 ,电厂煤粉炉掺烧石油焦经济效益可观 ,但锅炉的燃烧变得更为复杂。通过在上海石化 4 1 0 t燃烟煤煤粉锅炉上 4种不同的煤焦掺混比的燃烧试验 ,研究石油焦掺烧对煤粉锅炉运行稳定性和经济性的影响 ,确定运行的调节手段 ,即通过改变气流扩散强度和采用大一些的过量空气系数 α。
Petroleum coke combustion calorific value, low prices, coal-fired power plant mixed with petroleum coke economic benefits considerable, but the boiler’s combustion becomes more complicated. Through the combustion experiment of 4 different kinds of coke mixing ratio on 4110t bituminous coal-fired boiler in Shanghai Petrochemical Company, the influence of petroleum coke blending on the operation stability and economy of pulverized coal boiler was studied, and the means of adjustment for operation , That is, by changing the airflow diffusion strength and the use of larger excess air coefficient α.
