建筑工程项目管理是现代建筑企业竞争力的一个重要层面,其内容博大精深,深邃丰富,且信息量大,加之处理方式也较为多样化,所以也就为管理系统提出了更高要求,不但要对项目流程进行系统管理,还要加入用户的权限管理以及文档的审批与维护等功能,涉及工程建设的多个方面。现代社会,通过结合当今网络技术与智能化信息技术,并结合当前我国工程实际情况进行研究,构建出建设工程项目的智能化管理系统,建立一套有针对性的科学管理系统,通过加强管理,落实措施,提高管理效能,降低运营成本,确保建筑企业旺盛的生命力。文章围绕新时期建筑企业项目管理创新工作进行探讨,分析了当前我国建筑工程项目管理中面临的困难和问题,并就如何创新建筑工程项目管理提出建议,提升建筑工程项目管理水平,使其再上一个新台阶。
